Today I am going to my step dad's beach house (can't wait, ugh...), and I am on a all veggie diet. In order to not gain the weight back I decided to only eat 300 calories per day as well. I kind of see results, but barley. My step dad asked me if I lost a pound or two and I said no I lost almost 10 and he looked at me, very confused and said "really??" and walked away, he didn't even wait for an answer. I wanted to hit him so bad for that. It really pissed me off! He shouldn't really say much because he is fat too, like 250 pounds!
Anyways, I am going to do 2 hours of walking per day, I have my Ipod so it will be easy. I'm almost in the 160's. I'm excited. won't be back home not until Monday.
p.s. Does anyone know what happened to Alice in Hungerland? Her blog is gone...

the first loss is usually a water loss, therefore the human eye cant see the changes much. if you keep losing at the rate your going though, people will realise it much more over time =) trust me!

awesome job! and you know what, men don't really notice the weight loss unless someone else points it out or you lost, like 20--that's what I've noticed. Keep it up dear! :)

ReplyDeleteWhat you lost on your fast was mostly body fat. It's called the laws of physics. There are 3500 calories in a pound of fat. At your weight your body burns about 3000 calories per day depending on how active you are.
The world's greatest weight loss coach CG Brady recommends a weight loss no greater than 1 pound of weight loss per 100 pounds of body weight. If you don't you will probably yo yo and it is likely you will get gallbladder disease.
As a greedy glutton I eat what ever I want. I am like most greedy gluttonous Americans.
